Job summary

Distalmotion is seeking a US Marketing Senior Manager to create and execute downstream marketing plans for the DEXTER Robotic Surgery System in the United States. You will drive multi-channel campaigns, launches, and regional asset development to accelerate adoption and procedural utilization.

You will build regional customer relationships, partner with US Sales and Global Marketing, and lead conference strategy while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in marketing, business, or life sciences.
• MBA desired for seniority and strategic leadership.
• 5–7 years in medical device/MedTech or pharmaceutical marketing with at least 3 years in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-stakeholder, multi-channel plans to drive awareness, adoption and utilization of DEXTER in the US.
• Launch new products and clinical indications, and plan regional conference strategy to optimize ROI.
• Build and maintain regional customer relationships and align marketing with US Sales and Global Marketing.
• Provide training and tools to sales, educate corporate teams on US customer needs, and report on KPIs and budgets.
