Job summary

Distalmotion, a global MedTech company, seeks a US Marketing Sr. Manager to drive downstream marketing for the DEXTER Robotic Surgery System in the US.

You will develop multi-channel regional assets, manage customer relationships, and lead launches and conference strategies to accelerate adoption. Strong collaboration with sales and global teams is essential to align initiatives with brand standards and ethics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or life sciences. MBA desired.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in medical device, MedTech, or pharmaceutical Marketing. At least 3 of those years must be in industry.
• Ability to simplify complex inputs into a compelling promotional story that influences buying
• Proven track record collaborating with corporate teams to drive product adoption

Responsibilities

• Developing multi-stakeholder, multi-channel awareness and nurturing plans to generate, qualify, and convert leads to sales.
• Executing new product and clinical indication launches, including measuring key launch success metrics.
• Creating and executing regional conference strategy to achieve ROI.
• Creating and executing regional marketing strategies to drive interest, adoption, and utilization of DEXTER in key territories.
• Supporting DEXTER customer activation events including planning, coordination, promotion, and driving DEXTER demos.
• Delivering field sales training on value proposition and messaging, assets, and competitive intelligence.
