Distalmotion SA is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to drive commercial execution and adoption of the DEXTER robotic system across national IDNs, health systems, and multisite ASCs in the United States. You will translate national priorities into regional and facility-level opportunities, building executive relationships with surgeons and cross-functional teams to enable adoption and utilization growth.

The role reports to the Director of Strategic Accounts and involves coordinating with Area

Qualifications

• 7+ years of medical device sales or equivalent experience with quota achievement.
• Experience selling capital equipment or complex healthcare solutions.
• Proven ability to navigate multi-stakeholder environments and long sales cycles.
• Experience with ASCs, hospital systems, IDNs, and physician leadership.
• Startup/launch/high-growth commercial experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for national IDNs and ASC networks.
• Map stakeholders and build executive-level relationships across regions.
• Translate national priorities into facility-level opportunities and business cases.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to coordinate demonstrations, trials, and implementations.
• Drive adoption through surgeon engagement, training, and utilization growth.
• Maintain CRM records, update pipelines, and prepare account reviews.
