Distalmotion SA seeks a high-performing Area Sales Manager to drive adoption of the DEXTER robotic surgical system across a defined U.S. territory including North CA, Portland, and beyond.

You will build strategic relationships with ASCs, hospitals, and IDNs, lead end-to-end sales cycles, and demonstrate clear clinical and economic value of the robotic platform. You will partner with Clinical, Marketing, Training, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful launches, sustained utilization,

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of medical device sales experience with quota achievement.
• Experience selling capital equipment, surgical robotics or complex healthcare solutions.
• Experience navigating multi-stakeholder healthcare sales environments.

• Develop territory business plan and exceed sales objectives.
• Identify and advance opportunities in ASCs, hospitals, IDNs and academic centers.
