Distalmotion is seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive adoption of its DEXTER® robotic surgical system in Tennessee. This role will involve developing relationships with key stakeholders in healthcare systems and managing the full sales cycle.

The successful candidate will have over 7 years of medical device sales experience and will thrive in a fast-paced environment, driving the market adoption of innovative surgical technologies.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of successful medical device sales experience.
• Proven ability to build new markets and drive adoption.
• Experience with ASCs, hospital systems, and physician leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory business plan.
• Identify and advance opportunities within healthcare systems.
• Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of opportunities.
• Attend conferences to generate demand.
