Job summary

Distalmotion SA seeks a Strategic Account Manager to drive adoption of the DEXTER robotic system across national IDNs, health systems, and multisite ASC organizations in the United States. You will translate national priorities into regional opportunities and build executive relationships with surgeons and administrators.

Responsibilities include leading opportunities from engagement through evaluation, purchase, implementation and utilization growth, in collaboration with Area Sales Managers

Qualifications

7+ years of medical device sales with quota history.
Experience selling capital equipment or surgical robotics.
Experience with ASCs, hospital systems, IDNs, and physician leadership.
Proven ability to build new markets and drive adoption.

Responsibilities

Develop strategic plans for national IDNs and ASC organizations.
Drive sales execution across markets and coordinate with Area Sales Managers.
Engage surgeons and drive adoption of DEXTER.
Ensure CRM updates and forecasts are accurate.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on launches and readiness.
