Job summary

Distalmotion SA is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to drive commercial execution and adoption of DEXTER across national IDNs, health systems, and multisite ASC organizations in the United States. You will translate national priorities into regional opportunities and build relationships with executives and surgeons to advance opportunities from engagement to utilization growth.

Qualifications

7+ years in medical device sales with a quota history.
Experience selling capital equipment or robotic systems.
Success navigating long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
Experience with ASCs, hospitals, IDNs, and physician leadership.
Startup or high-growth commercial experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop national account plans and map opportunities across assigned IDNs and ASC networks.
Engage executives and surgeons to advance adoption and utilization growth.
Coordinate cross-functional teams for implementation, support, and expansion.
Deliver accurate pipeline forecasts and provide market intelligence to inform strategy.
Drive account-level value creation and meet commercial targets.
