Pixaera is seeking a fully remote Implementation & Solutions Lead in the United States. You will work with US Account Executives during deals, own technical discovery, pilot scoping, and post-signature deployment.

This role sits in Customer Success and offers pre-sales commissions plus potential leadership of US implementation efforts. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in onboarding complex SaaS solutions, experience with US high‑risk industries, and a structured approach to project governance and

Qualifications

2+ years leading or supporting onboarding and project delivery of complex SaaS solutions.
Experience selling into or delivering for US high‑risk industries (oil/gas, mining, utilities, chemicals, etc.).
Structured project governance and ability to manage senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Pre-Sales Technical Partner: work with US Account Executives to run discovery and answer integrations and security questions.
Pilots & Proof of Value: scope, run, and land pilots; define success up front and secure sign‑off.
Technical deal assets: own security questionnaires, deployment plans, RFP responses.
End-to-End Implementation Ownership: take accounts from closed-won to live deployments.
Project planning & execution to accelerate Time-to-Value and mitigate roadblocks.
Technical integration & consultative partnership with IT, Safety, and HR.
Enablement & training: develop materials and deliver on-site trainings.
Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration with Product and Content teams.
