Uptick is seeking a systematic and experienced Implementation Manager for SMB and Enterprise clients who is based in the US, reporting into the Implementation Lead, NA. This role will assist clients with their onboarding - from sales handover, to data, to configuration and training.

Qualifications

• SaaS implementation or customer-facing experience required.
• Proficiency with Excel / Google Sheets.
• Ability to prioritise, track and report on client implementation status.
• Compassionate, articulate, and solutions-focused to deliver customer outcomes.

• Process and documentation specialist to shape Uptick's US resources.
• Systematic thinking to assess and implement improvements for best outcomes.
• Critical thinking to solve challenges and support clients with tailored solutions.
• Project management from Sales handover to completed project and handover to Customer Success.
• Time management to meet project timelines and milestones.
• Client relations/communication to set expectations with stakeholders.
• System configuration of client data to the default or agreed scope.
• Training delivery for clients, including office and technician sessions.
