Vida Glow, a premium ingestible beauty brand, is launching its US presence and seeks its first dedicated US sales and marketing hire in New York. Reporting to the CEO, you’ll own retail expansion, build key partnerships, and bring the Vida Glow brand to life across the US market.

This role is hands-on: in-store execution, activations, launches, and localized campaigns across retail and eCommerce. You’ll work independently in a fast-paced environment, leveraging 5–7 years in beauty or premium

Formación

• 5 to 7 years in sales, marketing or commercial roles in beauty or premium consumer goods.
• Strong experience with US retail partners such as Target, Ulta, CVS, or similar.
• Hands-on in-store activations and product launches.
• Ability to connect marketing activity to sales results.
• Independent, fast-paced entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Drive US sales and retail expansion across retail and eCommerce channels.
• Build and manage relationships with existing and prospective retail partners.
• Own in-store execution, merchandising, POS, sampling, events and education.
• Localize global campaigns and lead US marketing, PR, influencer and partnership activity.
• Plan and deliver product launches with retail partners.
• Monitor US beauty landscape and share insights with the global team.
• Help build agency, partner and team support to scale the market.
