Job summary

Embassy of Beauty is seeking a content-driven marketer to own the US and UK calendars, website, CRM, and social channels, turning London expertise into US demand from our Boca Raton office. You will plan launches, write product and brand pages, craft emails and flows in Klaviyo, and manage creator partnerships.

You will drive Instagram/TikTok strategies, coordinate shoots with our London team, and develop US content with creators.

Qualifications

Three+ years in marketing or content for premium beauty brands.
Experience marketing to US customers and knowledge of the US beauty landscape.
Portfolio of published writing for web and email.
Experience writing CRM emails and automated flows (Klaviyo preferred).
Proven growth of a brand's social account with creators.
Ability to plan shoots and brief a designer; film short-form video on a phone.
Organized enough to run one calendar across two markets.
Interest in skincare ingredients and results, not just aesthetics.

Responsibilities

Own marketing calendar for US and UK: promotions, launches, emails, onsite and social.
Own all website content: product pages, brand pages, landing pages, journal articles, and SEO copy.
Own CRM content: write emails and automated flows for both markets.
Plan and run Instagram and TikTok, from strategy to posting and community management.
Plan content shoots with our graphic designer and London clinic team, and create US content with creators.
Write launch stories for every new brand we bring in.
Run creator and influencer seeding, tracking outcomes.
Manage US press requests, product placements and events.
