Job summary

Embassy of Beauty, based in Boca Raton, FL, seeks a Head of Ecommerce & Marketing to lead US and UK ecommerce and marketing functions. You will build the US business from the ground up and manage the UK operation remotely, owning P&L, strategy, and performance across channels.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in ecommerce/digital marketing, proven US market experience, and deep expertise in Meta/Google Ads, Shopify Plus, Klaviyo and GA4. This is a senior leadership role reporting to the founders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in ecommerce or digital marketing, with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to scale a DTC ecommerce business, preferably in luxury or premium segments.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale Embassy of Beauty's US business from Boca Raton.
• Lead and develop the UK ecommerce and marketing teams remotely.
• Own group ecommerce and marketing P&L, budgeting and KPIs.
• Oversee paid acquisition across Meta, Google, TikTok and emerging channels.
• Develop and execute SEO, content, affiliate and influencer strategies.
• Own site experience, CRO and trading calendar for both markets.
• Hire Marketing Manager and expand US team as the business grows.
