Seeking a senior commercial professional with proven success in securing shelf space, strong buyer networks, and the ability to navigate pricing, terms, and promotions to deliver measurable growth in the US market.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in beauty/skincare retail sales or BD within the US market.
• Proven success securing listings for major US retailers.
• Strong network of retail buyers and category decision-makers.
• Deep understanding of US retail models: pricing, margins, terms, promotions.
• Experience managing the full commercial cycle from prospecting to launch.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Leverage relationships with retail buyers to create new business opportunities.
• Lead meetings, presentations and negotiations with key retailers.
• Drive retail expansion across major US channels (Ulta, Target, Walmart, CVS, Walgreens).
• Lead the retail listing process from intro to launch.
• Identify brands and assortments with highest potential for partners.
• Advise on retailer requirements and market opportunities.
• Negotiate pricing, margins, trade terms and launch conditions.
• Build and manage a focused pipeline of priority opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and Regulatory.
