SBT Global, Inc. is seeking a Brand Marketing & Product Manager to drive growth of our US K-beauty brand. This role leads brand marketing initiatives and oversees new product launches across digital, retail, and offline channels.

The ideal candidate combines strong brand and consumer understanding with hands-on project management and can translate market trends into product and marketing opportunities. This position collaborates with internal teams, retail partners, agencies, and HQ to ensure

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
5+ years in brand marketing and PM/NPD.
Deep understanding of US beauty/skincare.
Fluency in English and Korean.
Proven GTM launch track record.
Strong analytical and creative thinking.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute brand marketing strategy for the US skincare portfolio.
Lead multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, influencer, PR) to drive awareness and conversions.
Oversee content creation, creative production, and events for consistent messaging across channels.
Collaborate with HQ R&D, production, and regulatory teams on product development and compliance.
Partner with Sales, SCM, and agencies to plan launches and manage budgets.
