• Clear writing and presentation skills with attention to detail.
• Experience coordinating campaigns, creative deliverables or external vendors.
• Collaborative team player who asks questions and solves problems.
• Passion for beauty and haircare industry.

Responsibilities

• Turn approved plans into clear project timelines, deliverables and next steps for launches and campaigns.
• Coordinate briefs, copy, creative assets and approvals with internal teams and agency partners.
• Collaborate with social, PR and partnerships teams to deliver campaign materials.
• Support the Trade Marketer with product information, campaign assets and launch materials.
• Track budgets, estimates, invoices and spending against approved project budgets.
• Prepare reports on program performance and learning for future campaigns.
• Raise risks early and propose solutions to the Senior Marketing Manager.
