Job summary

Astranis is seeking a Capture Operations Analyst to support US Government capture activities, manage the pipeline and CRM data, monitor federal solicitations, and assist with marketing materials. The role involves coordinating responses, supporting proposal development, and organizing meetings and events for the capture team.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• B.S. or B.A. in business administration, operations, or engineering.
• 2-5 years of experience in government contracting support or related roles.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the Business Development pipeline and CRM system.
• Monitor federal procurement portals for solicitations and RFIs.
• Draft, edit and produce customer responses and marketing materials.
• Assist Proposal Manager and Capture Manager during the proposal lifecycle.
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, and logistics for capture strategy sessions and events.
