Job summary

Astranis is seeking a USG Capture Operations Analyst to support government opportunity pipeline, marketing materials, and proposal activities. You will work with the BD and Capture teams to maintain data integrity and drive capture outcomes.

The role emphasizes detail orientation, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with travel up to 25% and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• B.S. or B.A. in business administration, operations, or engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in BD support, technical sales, operations, or admin within government contracting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to draft professional marketing copy and communicate with internal stakeholders.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of time.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the USG capture pipeline and CRM data.
• Monitor federal portals (SAM.gov, NASA Spires) for solicitations and RFIs.
• Draft, edit, and produce marketing materials and capability statements for US Government audiences.
• Assist Proposal Manager and Capture Manager during the lifecycle of proposals.
• Coordinate capture strategy meetings and logistics for industry events and site visits.
