Job summary

Astranis is seeking a US Government Capture Operations Analyst to support pipeline management, marketing initiatives, and proposal activities. You will monitor federal procurement portals, help develop responses, and coordinate communications for US Government opportunities.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with travel up to 25% and a base focus on data integrity and logistics.

Qualifications

• B.S. or B.A. in business administration, operations, or engineering.
• 2-5 years of experience in business development support, technical sales, operations, or other administrative role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of time.
• Hyper-focused attention to detail, particularly regarding data entry, document formatting, and compliance checking.

Responsibilities

• Pipeline & CRM Data Management: Maintain and update the Astranis’s Business Development pipeline and CRM system.
• Solicitation Monitoring & Research: Monitor federal portals for solicitations, RFIs, Sources Sought, and industry days; share findings with leads.
• Marketing & Communications Support: Draft, edit, and produce customer responses and marketing materials for US Government audiences.
• Proposal Management Assistance: Support Proposal Manager and Capture Manager during proposal lifecycle; assist with compliance and data calls.
• Logistical & Event Coordination: Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items; coordinate industry events and site visits.
