Astranis Space Technologies in San Francisco, CA, is seeking a Director of USG Capture Management to lead the end-to-end capture lifecycle for federal opportunities. You will orchestrate engineers, pricing, and proposal managers to develop compliant, competitive offerings while partnering with the BD team and reporting to the Senior Director of USG Sales and Solutions Engineering: Gilbert Tseng.

The role requires a deep understanding of the federal procurement process, a technical background in

Formación

• B.S. or B.A. in engineering or hard science.
• 8+ years in engineering, program management, corporate strategy, or USG sales/business development.
• Federal-level capture/proposal management and/or government acquisition experience.
• Broad knowledge of government space community and related programs.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• US Citizenship or Green Card Holder.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and execution of capture plans for targeted US Government opportunities.
• Collaborate with Business Development to align opportunities with growth objectives.
• Conduct competitive assessments and price-to-win analysis.
• Identify and establish strategic partnerships to build coalitions.
• Guide opportunities through internal reviews and secure decisions.
• Lead transition from capture to proposal, including narrative development.
