Job summary

Allergan Aesthetics, an AbbVie company, seeks a seasoned leader to head the Sales Training and Management Development team in the US. This role oversees onboarding, in-role development and portfolio training across facial aesthetics, body contouring and related products.

You will work across Brand Marketing and US Meetings to align initiatives with strategic objectives. Responsibilities include directing clinical and business development training, managing a multi-program curriculum, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• Extensive experience in aesthetics/pharmaceutical/medical device sales leadership and training.
• Strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration and strategic program development skills.
• Experience leading large-scale training, development and meetings programs.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and develop Allergan Aesthetics sales teams and leaders.
• Lead cross-functional training programs with Brand Marketing and US Meetings teams.
• Develop and execute Sales Training initiatives and national meetings.
• Drive SOPs, budget management and department development plans.
• Mentor and build a pipeline of future people managers.
