Allergan Aesthetics, an AbbVie company, seeks a Sales Training and Management Development leader to onboard and grow the AA sales organization across facial aesthetics, body contouring, and related divisions. You will design and deliver training aligned with adult-learning principles and drive national meetings and field programs.

• Minimum 15+ years of combined field sales experience and sales management.
• Minimum 8+ years of sales training experience.
• Minimum 5+ years leading leaders of teams.
• MBA preferred; strong strategic and business development capabilities.

• Lead onboarding and development of Allergan Aesthetics sales organization.
• Oversee training for clinical technique across devices and products.
