Job summary

AbbVie, Allergan Aesthetics, is seeking the Head of US Commercial Sales Training & Development to lead the onboarding and development of the AA sales organization. You will strategize and execute training and development initiatives, align with Brand Marketing, and drive national meetings to support sales performance across Facial Aesthetics, SKM, Body Contouring and Inside Sales.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15+ years of combined field sales experience in Aesthetics or Medical Device.
• Minimum of 8+ years of sales training, business training and/or training leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and development of the AA sales organization.
• Strategically execute sales and marketing initiatives through training, development and national meetings.
• Develop and maintain portfolio content training across multiple product lines and tools.
• Lead the Sales Training Department development plan, talent planning and budget use.
• Plan and direct training programs and national meetings with cross-functional partners.
• Spend sufficient field time to evaluate training and adjust programs.
