Job summary

AbbVie Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Leader to drive sales strategy and execution across the Allergan Aesthetics portfolio in the designated U.S. region.

You will lead a team of 7–10 sales professionals, shape account plans, and align with cross-portfolio teams to maximize market penetration and growth. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with an MBA preferred, and 10+ years in sales leadership across pharma, med devices, or consumer sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of sales and sales management experience.
• Experience leading in pharmaceutical, medical device, or consumer sales environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Facial and SkinMedica sales representatives within the region.
• Develop and execute regional account strategies to penetrate top accounts.
• Coordinate with cross-portfolio teams to optimize regional opportunities and drives growth.
