Job summary

Allergan Aesthetics, an AbbVie Company, seeks a Business Development Manager to lead the Facial Aesthetics portfolio in a designated US region. You will drive product adoption, build relationships with aesthetic customers, and deliver sales growth through consultative selling and collaboration with support teams.

You will provide product expertise, differentiate offerings, and meet annual sales goals while navigating regulatory and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field preferred or relevant and equivalent industry experience required.
• Minimum of 3+ years of sales experience required with B2B2C experience preferred.
• Experience and knowledge of general marketing principles within the healthcare environment.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills with ability to drive sales execution.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, contract and negotiating skills, financial and budgetary experience.
• Ability to travel and be in the field four days a week.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Facial Aesthetics product portfolio to designated geographic area.
• Create product acceptance and enhance portfolio growth through business development activities.
• Provide technical product and procedure expertise as well as competitive product differentiation.
• Achieve assigned sales goals through consultative selling and implementation of the U.S. Sales/Marketing plan.
• Coordinate with cross-portfolio partners and support teams; ensure compliant reporting and processes.
