Job summary

AbbVie, Allergan Aesthetics, is seeking a Business Development Manager to promote the Facial Aesthetics portfolio to targeted customers across a geographic area. The role emphasizes consultative selling, product expertise, and coordination with cross-portfolio teams.

You will drive sales growth, meet assigned targets, and support the US Sales/Marketing plan. Travel 50–75% and field visits are required as part of this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field preferred.
• 3 to 5 years successful medical sales/practice management experience.
• 7 to 10 years business experience.
• Experience and knowledge of general marketing principles in healthcare.
• Experience and knowledge of physicians' practices.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Represents the Facial Aesthetics portfolio to targeted customers within a designated geographic area.
• Achieves sales goals via consultative selling and implementation of the US Sales/Marketing plan.
• Provides technical product and procedure expertise and competitive differentiation.
• Coordinates with Allergan Aesthetics cross-portfolio partners and support teams.
• Manages field assets, samples, marketing materials, and resources.
• Travel 50–75% and visit 4+ customers per day as required.
