AbbVie, including Allergan Aesthetics, is seeking a Field Training Manager to train Business Development Managers, Strategic Account Managers, and Practice Development Managers to enhance product messaging, sales performance, and market share across assigned areas.

The role involves field coaching, onboarding new hires, coordinating training programs, and collaborating with Area and Regional leaders to address learning gaps and drive the facial aesthetics portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; knowledge of healthcare/pharmaceutical industry advantageous.
• 3+ years field sales experience in device industry; surgical experience strongly preferred.
• 2+ years sales training experience preferred, but not required.
• 2+ years project management experience preferred; healthcare experience optional.

Responsabilités

• Onboarding: support new-hire onboarding and development within the assigned Area; coach and provide feedback throughout the training continuum.
• Sales Training: attend and deliver annual new-hire sales training courses to ensure effective execution and coaching during field co-travels.
• Field Co-Travels: conduct co-travels quarterly; identify learning gaps and provide written follow-up with managers.
