Job summary

AbbVie’s Allergan Aesthetics unit is seeking a Field Training Manager to train Business Development Managers, Strategic Account Managers, and Practice Development Managers across field geographies. The role focuses on advanced product messaging, business development training, and field co-travels to support sales excellence.

You will coordinate onboarding, monitor training progression, and contribute to the national training plan, with up to 75% travel.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the health care and/or pharmaceutical industry.
• 3+ years of field sales experience in the device industry; surgical experience strongly preferred.
• 2+ years of sales training experience preferred, but not required.
• 2+ years of project management experience preferred, with health care experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the new-hire onboarding experience within the assigned Area.
• Coordinate the training process and development for newly hired Business Development Managers, Strategic Account Managers, and Practice Development Managers.
• Monitor and enhance BDM progress throughout the training continuum, providing coaching and feedback.
• Facilitate pre- and post-training onboarding sales calls throughout the new-hire sales training continuum.
• Attend at least one new-hire sales training course annually to remain current on course delivery and coaching during field co-travels.
