Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking the US&C Enablement Lead to own the enablement strategy for one of the company's largest commercial regions, translating global priorities into locally relevant programs and upskilling sellers and managers.

You will partner with Sales, Operations, Product, Marketing, and Global Enablement to diagnose opportunities, define success measures, drive readiness, and adoption of product, policy, and AI transformations, while leading a capable team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Revenue/Sales Enablement or related field.
• 3+ years leading teams, programs, or cross-functional workstreams.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders to translate priorities into enablement solutions.
• Experience with AI/tool adoption and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead US&C Revenue Enablement strategy and roadmap.
• Partner with senior leaders to diagnose opportunities and align on plans.
• Drive readiness and adoption for product, policy, and AI transformations.
• Build scalable capability programs across the seller lifecycle.
