Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an Associate Customer Success Enablement Manager to join our Customer First Enablement team. You will drive enablement programs for our Scaled CS organization, partnering with product, content, and enablement teams to deliver onboarding, cross-skilling, and everboarding.

You will lead discovery sessions, gather requirements from scaled CS teams, and ensure effective adoption of knowledge, tools, and processes across our customer base.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Customer Success or a similar post-sales role.
• 5+ years of enablement experience in software.
• Excellent communication and executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Identify and communicate scaled CS readiness and program impact.
• Suggest and execute new enablement ideas to leadership and scaled CS.
• Maintain alignment with stakeholders to maximize program effectiveness.
• Equip scale teams with product knowledge, skills, and processes.
• Use data to guide future initiatives and quantify program results.
• Collaborate with enablement staff to design and deliver programs.
• Engage withScaled CS teams to validate requirements and results.
• Gather input from teams to curate enablement content.
• Identify efficiencies and enhancements, and lead discovery sessions.
