Qualifications

• Experience leading BDR/SDR teams in a B2B sales environment.
• Proven track record of meeting quotas in fintech/payments.
• Strong mentorship, onboarding, or coaching skills.
• Comfort operating in a remote, time-zone flexible role.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in outreach and prospecting.
• Coach and develop BDRs with regular feedback.
• Prioritize accounts and organize outreach for the team.
• Help generate qualified opportunities and pipelines.
