Job summary

Surecomp is seeking a Sales & Business Development Director to expand presence with banks in the United States. The contractor role is 2 days per week with potential expansion as activity grows, based in Ohio or South Carolina.

You will build relationships with senior banking executives, open doors, and develop a pipeline of opportunities. Travel is required as needed, and collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Extensive, tenured experience in business development or enterprise sales within the US banking market.
• Strong, established network within US banks, including senior decision-makers.
• Experience selling enterprise software, fintech, or banking technology solutions to banks.
• Based in Ohio or South Carolina.
• Excellent English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Develop Surecomp's presence in the US banking market by building relationships with banks, prospects, and partners.
• Leverage an established network to open doors and secure meetings with senior decision-makers.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities and build an early-stage pipeline.
• Develop partnerships that can support Surecomp's growth in the region.
• Represent Surecomp at industry events, conferences, and networking activities.
• Collaborate with Solution Consulting and the commercial team to progress qualified opportunities.
• Share market insights and feedback with the commercial and product teams.
• Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and activity tracking.
