Responsibilities

Serve as the primary advisor for an assigned portfolio of diverse and complex commercial relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Coordinate with product partners to cross-sell a full range of products and services.
Review and analyze portfolio to reduce risk and enhance profitability.
Facilitate credit requests, including loan structuring, pricing, collateral, and documentation.
Resolve customer problems by engaging product experts as needed.
Participate in community/business functions to build a positive bank image and establish referrals.
Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, regulations, and laws.
