Job summary

Verathon is seeking a Territory Manager in the Urology space to lead sales for BladderScan and CFlex within West Michigan and Northern Indiana. This role operates in a remote, field-based setting with travel to hospital and clinic accounts to grow our bladder volume and endoscopic products.

You will develop strategies, build relationships with clinical and administrative stakeholders, and drive revenue to meet or exceed targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years B2B outside sales experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds and carry up to 25 pounds.
• Able to meet vendor credentialing requirements for all healthcare systems (including COVID-19 vaccine).
• Must be insurable and have a valid driver's license.
• Must reside within territory, Grand Rapids, MI preferred.
• Required overnight travel is 5-7 nights per month, on average, to cover territory that includes West Michigan and Northern Indiana.
• Required to travel outside assigned territory for annual sales meeting, regional meetings and in person training, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Be a Trusted Partner: generate new business and maintain existing business by understanding needs, building rapport, and influencing customers with presentations and solutions.
• Achieve and Exceed Revenue Targets: forecast business potential and manage pipeline to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
• Understand your market: learn industry info, provide sales reporting to leadership.
