Olympus America is seeking a Urology Territory Manager to drive direct sales of capital equipment, disposables, and services within the California territory. You will cultivate relationships with physicians and hospital staff, conduct consultative selling, and exceed revenue targets while navigating corporate policies.

The role requires field-focused work across the territory, strong CRM use, and the ability to travel daily.

Competenze

• Minimum of 2 years of direct sales experience.
• Proven track record of success in sales.
• Must possess basic computer skills (MS Office).
• Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to travel within territory.

Mansioni

• Meet or exceed territory revenue and gross profit targets.
• Plan territory coverage and maintain CRM with prospect, competitor and customer data.
• Establish and maintain relationships with physicians, hospital management and surgical services.
• Deliver consultative sales presentations to generate closing deals and meet targets.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales management to fulfill information requests.
