Job summary

Olympus Corporation of the Americas is seeking a URO/GYN Territory Manager to drive sales of capital equipment, disposables and services in the Raleigh, NC area. You will develop accounts, meet revenue targets and build relationships with physicians and hospital staff through consultative selling and timely post‑sale support.

Travel within the territory is required daily; a valid driver’s license and a bachelor’s degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or equivalent sales/business experience.
• Minimum of two years of prior sales or marketing experience.
• Ability to travel within territory daily, with overnight stays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed annual territory revenue and gross profit targets.
• Maintain a complete prospect, competitor, and customer database in a CRM.
• Establish and maintain relationships with physicians, nurses, hospital management, and other areas of surgical services.
• Utilize consultative selling to present and close on company products to achieve sales targets.
• Provide post-sale support including installation, training, troubleshooting and ongoing follow-up.
