Olympus is seeking a Urology Territory Manager to drive direct sales of capital equipment and disposable products across a defined geographic territory. You will build and grow accounts, exceed sales targets, and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals while balancing post-sales support and ongoing account development.

The role requires at least 2 years of sales experience, strong computer skills, and a valid driver's license.

Competenze

• Minimum of 2 years of prior sales experience is required.
• Must possess basic computer skills (MS Office).
• Must have Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to travel within the territory daily. Overnight stays will be necessary.
• Must adhere to all customer and vendor credentialing requirements when visiting medical facilities.

Mansioni

• Meets or exceeds Annual Territory Revenue Sales and Gross Profit Targets.
• Organize and plan territory for efficient and productive coverage using sales tools.
• Maintain CRM with prospect, competitor, and customer data.
• Establish and maintain relationships with physicians, nurses, hospital management, and other areas of surgical services.
• Utilize sales presentation skills to sell company products via consultative selling to customers.
