Job summary

Olympus Corporation invites you to join our Urology Territory Manager team in the California (Los Angeles) area. You will drive direct sales of capital equipment, disposables, and service offerings, and build long-term relationships with physicians, nurses, and hospital leadership across the territory.

You will exceed revenue targets, maintain CRM records, coordinate with marketing and corporate administration, and provide post-sales support while traveling daily within the territory and

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of prior sales experience is required.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or equivalent sales/business experience.
• Must possess basic computer skills (MS Office).
• Must have Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to travel within the territory daily with overnight stays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Annual Territory Revenue Sales and Gross Profit Targets.
• Organize and plan territory for efficient coverage using personal initiatives and sales tools.
• Maintain a complete prospect, competitor, and customer CRM database and report to management.
• Establish and maintain relationships with physicians, nurses, hospital management, and other areas of surgical services.
• Utilize consultative selling to meet sales targets and drive closing ratios.
