Job summary

Olympus Corporation of the Americas is seeking an experienced field sales leader to drive revenue across multiple regions, including Tennessee, Indiana, Kentucky, North Carolina, Ohio and Virginia. Position requires managing a sales team, achieving targets and building strategic clinician relationships.

Applicants should have 5–7 years in medical device sales or sales management, with a proven track record and strong Microsoft Office skills. Travel up to 70% is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-7 years of successful medical device sales and/or sales management experience.
• Proven track record of success.
• Excellent computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales and profit targets across all business segments.
• Develop motivation training and management of sales team within assigned geographic region.
• Support development and execution of annual territory business plans to meet objectives.
• Manage and influence each sales representative's activities and forecasts.
• Monitor regional expenses including travel, events and promotions.
• Build and maintain strategic accounts to deliver superior value and growth.
• Develop knowledge of Olympus product lines to execute duties effectively.
