Job summary

Sumitomo Pharma America, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Territory Sales Manager – Specialty Urology to be the face of SMPA to customers within a defined territory.

You will drive sales, build relationships based on clinical and market knowledge, and advance a strategic approach to grow market share while ensuring compliance and ethical standards. The role requires 60-80% travel, strong clinical insight, and a proven sales track record, preferably in Urology and pharma launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related area with two+ years of pharma sales experience.
• Proven top-ranked sales performance (top 25% nationally) and experience in Urology.
• Knowledge of market access and formulary positioning.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales objectives and grow market share in assigned territory.
• Establish deep relationships with customers using clinical and market expertise.
• Travel 60-80% within territory; manage sample logistics and reporting.
