Job summary

Sumitomo Pharma America, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Territory Sales Manager – Specialty Urology to be the face of SMPA with customers. You will drive sales, develop key accounts, and expand market share across your territory.

You will travel 60-80% of the time, engage in strategic planning, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant and ethical promotion of products. A bachelor’s degree and pharmaceutical sales experience are required, with Urology experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related area; two or more years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Proven track record of top-ranked sales performance (ideally top 25% nationwide).
• Experience in Urology and with pharmaceutical launches is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales objectives; grow market share in assigned territory.
• Establish deep relationships with customers using clinical and market insights.
• Travel throughout territory; occasional overnights and evenings as required.
• Ensure administrative tasks (call reporting, expense reports, training modules) are completed accurately.
