Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Typically requires minimum of 5 years B2B outside sales experience.
• Typically requires minimum of 2 years demonstrated leadership experience.
• Able to meet vendor credentialing requirements for healthcare systems including Covid-19 vaccine.
• Must travel overnight 5-6 nights per month; territory includes Chicago or Detroit.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted leader: Build a high performing team and develop talent within sales; coach Territory Managers.
• Utilize CRM (Salesforce) daily to manage regional Pipeline, Forecast and Opportunities to exceed quota.
• Develop, negotiate, and manage local IDN agreements to drive growth and market share.
• Review sales agreements to ensure compliance with FDA/GMP and ISO regulations.
• Develop annual business plans with targets for each territory.
• Achieve and exceed revenue targets through market understanding and relationship-building.
