Verathon, a global medical device company, is seeking a results-driven Sales Leadership role in the Chicago area to lead an outside sales team and drive double-digit growth across the region, including management of key accounts and IDN partnerships. You will coach Territory Managers, optimize the regional pipeline in Salesforce, and develop annual plans to exceed revenue targets while ensuring compliance with FDA/GMP/ISO.

You travel 5-6 nights monthly.

Competenze

• Requires 5+ years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Proven record of revenue growth and quota attainment.
• Ability to recruit, coach and develop sales talent.
• Strong analytical skills for forecasting and pipeline management.
