Qualifications

• Ability to meet vendor credentialing requirements for healthcare systems.
• Willingness to travel 5–6 nights per month, overnight.
• Must reside within territory (Chicago or Detroit preferred).

Responsibilities

• Build a high performing, results-driven sales team and coach Territory Managers.
• Manage regional pipeline, forecast, and opportunities in Salesforce.com to exceed quotas.
• Develop, negotiate, and manage local IDN agreements for sustainable growth.
• Ensure adherence to sales process, FDA/GMP, and ISO regulations.
• Create annual business plans with territory targets and forecasts.
• Drive year-over-year revenue growth and market share in the region.
