The Oregon Clinic in NE Portland is seeking a full-time Patient Services Specialist for the Urology Clinic. You will handle phone-based scheduling, referrals, and insurance information, ensuring a smooth, patient-centered experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year in a medical office or customer service role is preferred.
• EMR experience, especially Epic, is a strong plus.
• Ability to multitask and maintain excellent attendance and reliability.
• Professional communication with patients, physicians and staff.
• Commitment to patient-focused care, privacy, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones on a multi-line system and schedule appointments efficiently.
• Manage inbound referrals and In Basket tasks.
• Obtain and verify insurance information.
• Update patient records as needed.
• Support other duties as assigned.
