The Oregon Clinic is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner (32 hours/week) to join the Advanced Urology Associates at Emanuel Clinic in North Portland. Coverage also required for two additional Urology Clinics in Gresham and Tualatin. The role emphasizes patient-focused, value-driven care across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program and Oregon license.
• Minimum of two years of professional nursing experience in a clinical setting; urology experience a plus.
• Minimum of two years of nurse practitioner experience preferred.
• Current CPR/BLS within 60 days of hire; ACLS may be required.
• Prior EMR experience; Epic experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialty care services in clinic following established standards and practices.
• Collaborate with physicians to ensure high quality patient care; NP duties within scope and training.
• Perform complete physical assessments and health history for new and follow-up patients.
• Identify patient care issues, propose options, and implement physician directives.
• Update patient records as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
