The Oregon Clinic in Portland's Dermatology department is seeking a full-time Patient Services Specialist. You will be the first point of contact, managing patient check-ins, scheduling, and insurance information in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

Qualifications include at least one year in a medical office, EMR familiarity (Epic preferred), excellent customer service, and strong multitasking. The role offers a 7:30 am–4:30 pm schedule with parking provided and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of one year of work experience, preferably in a medical office.
• EMR experience strongly preferred; Epic experience is a strong plus.
• Strong customer service skills and experience are preferred.
• Familiarity with insurance and referral processes.

• Check in and out new and established patients.
• Schedule and reschedule surgeries and appointments per office protocols.
• Obtain and complete insurance information.
• Answer phones on multi-line system.
• Process referrals and electronic fax submissions.
• Update records as needed.
