Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Patient Service Representative for Liberty Hospital Medical Plaza East to manage front desk operations, greet patients, verify insurance, process MyChart requests, and support the care team with appointment coordination.

The role requires strong communication, confidentiality, and basic computer skills to ensure a smooth patient experience and accurate scheduling across in-person and telehealth visits.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service or health care experience.
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in a fast-paced clinic setting.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients and visitors.
• Answer calls and perform copay collection.
• Process MyChart and EMR appointment requests.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments, including telehealth and procedures.
• Assist with preauthorization and documentation in EMR.
• Support patient check-in/out and follow-up scheduling.
