Job summary

Coloplast A/S in Oregon seeks an Associate Territory Manager to drive sales growth and market share for implantable and single-use urology devices. You will cultivate partnerships with key decision-makers, deliver clinical consultations, and execute a strategic territory plan to meet product-line targets.

Responsibilities include managing the sales cycle from identification to closing, analyzing market data, and maintaining strong relationships with health care professionals and facilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years sales experience.
• Urology background and implantable device sales preferred
• Experienced in relationship and consultative selling skills
• Interpersonal and customer service skills
• Negotiating, analytical, oral and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Engage targeted accounts and execute a strategic plan to meet territory sales objectives.
• Analyze key sales and marketing data to identify opportunities.
• Identify and engage the clinical, financial, and other decision makers.
• Advance the sales process to meet product-line targets.
• Conduct cost/benefit analyses and understand financial implications.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships within target accounts.
• Provide case coverage and educate healthcare professionals on Coloplast products.
