Intuitive is a global leader in robotic-assisted surgery and minimally invasive care, driving growth in Urology and Gynecology with targeted training and strategic market development. You will partner with local leadership, identifying key accounts and expanding Total Practice adoption of the da Vinci system.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in sales (2+ healthcare), can travel up to 25%, and hold a Bachelor’s degree.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, including 2+ years in healthcare sales.
• Ability to travel up to 25%, and work nights and weekends as needed.

Mansioni

• Accelerate URO/GYN growth in key markets and train surgeons.
• Partner with local sales leadership to assess opportunities and drive growth through training.
• Utilize ISI ecosystem resources (Digital, Genesis, MACA) in market efforts.
• Establish regional case observation sites and Epicenters.
• Build a robust QTI data set showing clinical and economic value of da Vinci.
• Serve as market intelligence liaison for marketing and training teams.
• Develop future training pipeline by vetting Uro/Gyn surgeons for feasibility in targeted geographies.
