Job summary

Intuitive is seeking a UGSM to lead and develop a high-performing URO and GYN specialty sales team. You will drive adoption of da Vinci Surgical Systems, expand surgeon networks, and collaborate with internal teams to execute market strategies.

The role requires deep OR knowledge, strong leadership, and a track record in medical device sales. Remote work options may apply with onsite engagements as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in da Vinci Surgery Sales or 5+ years of clinical sales management required.
• In-depth knowledge of OR environments and capital equipment sales process.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong training and coaching capabilities; comfortable with field management.
• Proven ability to build and develop high-performing teams across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a robust specialty sales strategy for URO and GYN.
• Expand user base by training new surgeons in URO and GYN.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on market strategies and plans.
• Promote instruments and digital solutions relevant to URO and GYN.
• Manage relationships with hospitals, OR staff, procurement, and administration.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
